Network Administrator:

Inceed has partnered with a great company in the individual and family services industry to help find a skilled Junior Network Administrator to join their team!
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience supporting network infrastructure and systems. The candidate should be familiar with at least one of the following technologies: Citrix, SonicWall, HP ASE, or VOIP.
Responsibilities:

• Provide support for network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect network systems and data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of network policies and procedures.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
• Assist in the administration of VOIP systems, including setup and configuration of phones and extensions.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience supporting network infrastructure and systems.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Citrix, SonicWall, HP ASE, or VOIP.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience with network security technologies such as IDS/IPS, firewall management, and VPNs.
• Experience with network virtualization technologies.
• Experience with cloud networking solutions.
